All packages originate from our Orlando, Florida distribution center. We fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding recognized U.S. federal holidays.

- Wholesale & Bulk Pallet Shipments: Bulk orders require 2 to 4 business days for custom palletizing, lot verification, and freight carrier scheduling.
- Tracking Confirmation: An automated confirmation containing carrier tracking numbers and step-by-step telemetry is generated as soon as parcels are manifested.
2. Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S. & Territories)
Domestic deliveries are handled via authorized regional logistics partners and specialty compliant carriers licensed under federal PACT Act standards for vape and hardware distribution.

3. Worldwide Delivery & International Customs
VaporNest ships hardware, closed-loop devices, empty cartridges, and compliant formulations internationally to countries where importation is legally permitted. International orders are dispatched via tracked global couriers.
- Transit Estimates: Typical international delivery requires 7 to 21 business days, subject to customs clearance velocity in the receiving nation.
- Customs, Duties & Local Taxes: International rates cover carriage fees only. All destination tariffs, import duties, VAT, or local excise fees remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
- Import Legality: The purchaser is responsible for confirming that nicotine and cannabis vaping equipment may be lawfully imported into their target jurisdiction. Parcels confiscated by foreign customs due to regional prohibition cannot be refunded.
4. Wholesale & Commercial Freight Accounts
Wholesale partners benefit from tailored LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight or bonded air cargo shipping. Commercial invoices, certificate of analysis (COA) packets, and bill of lading documents are issued with each commercial consignment.
Wholesale consignments require registered business entity documentation and an authorized receiver at the commercial loading bay or store premises during delivery windows.
5. Mandatory Adult Signature & Age Verification
In strict compliance with age-restricted product governance, VaporNest enforces a dual verification protocol:
Pre-Shipment Digital Verification
Customer age is verified at checkout using third-party public records checks. If automated verification fails, valid government photo identification is requested.
Physical Adult Signature upon Delivery
Couriers will not release packages without an in-person signature from an adult of legal age (21+ in the United States, or legal age in the destination country). Couriers will inspect physical government photo identification. Packages returned after three failed delivery attempts are subject to a restocking and carrier return fee.
