We reserve the right to revise, amend, or replace these terms at our sole discretion; continued site usage following modifications denotes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Our product catalog encompasses nicotine vape hardware, closed-loop pod systems, disposables, and federally compliant cannabis and hemp-derived concentrates. Products containing nicotine are habit-forming and strictly intended for adult consumers only.

Statements concerning botanical or hemp-derived products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or local health ministries. Products sold by VaporNest are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers are solely responsible for consulting a physician before use and determining product compatibility with personal health requirements.

VaporNest reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit order volumes for retail shoppers and wholesale commercial accounts. Product availability and pricing are subject to real-time adjustments without prior notice.

For security and compliance with specialized vape retail processing, our platform does not process conventional debit or credit card charges at web checkout. Once an order is initiated, a verified invoice is dispatched via our secure customer service desk and WhatsApp line (+1 (406) 964-3007). In-person cash collection, bank transfer, or designated commercial payment channels must be validated prior to parcel dispatch.

VaporNest ships orders both domestically across the United States and internationally. Domestic orders within the United States incur a flat $7.99 delivery fee (complimentary on qualified orders over $75). International shipments are assessed a flat $24.99 carrier rate.

International customers bear 100% legal and financial responsibility for knowing their regional, national, and customs regulations regarding e-cigarettes, vaporizers, nicotine solutions, and cannabis/hemp items. VaporNest is not responsible for international customs delays, confiscations, import tariffs, or seized shipments where local laws restrict these categories.

Due to hygiene regulations, health compliance guidelines, and the perishable nature of e-liquids and consumable pods, opened or unsealed goods cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.

Factory-sealed, unopened hardware displaying verifiable manufacturing faults upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed receipt accompanied by photographic evidence. VaporNest reserves the final determination regarding hardware replacements or store credit issuance.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, VaporNest, its owners, directors, employees, and logistics partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or improper storage of our products, lithium-ion battery handling, or inability to access the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VaporNest against any claims, losses, liabilities, fines, and legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of age, or violation of local laws.

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising out of site usage or commercial trade are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any formal legal arbitration or court proceedings shall be exclusively submitted to the state or federal courts situated in Orange County, Florida.
